Refund policy

Due to safety and quality regulations, we are unable to accept returns of perishable goods.

 

Damages, expired product and other issues:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery of purchase at Support@ExoticBlvd.com. We are unable to resolve matters over the phone as we thoroughly track and record each claim.

  2. Give a brief explanation of your concerns, accompanied by clear photos clearly showcasing the issue(s) at hand.

  3. Do not discard anything, as we may request you return them to us for quality assurance inspection.
